Sales Marketing Manager/Resort
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to increase occupancy and revenue for both properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and tour operators in India. Identify and pursue new market opportunities in the international market. Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, public relations, and advertising. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities. Manage the sales team and provide necessary training and support. Prepare sales reports and forecasts. Oversee the property’s online presence and reputation management. Coordinate with hotel management to ensure seamless operations. Regular travel to the properties in MoneyGram and Butwal will be required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on sales and marketing. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and increasing market share. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficient in using sales and marketing software and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Desired Skills:
Experience in the luxury hospitality segment. Knowledge of the Indian travel market. Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
